How It All Began - From a young age, I was fascinated by all forms of art. I love scrapbooking, creating handmade gifts, and showing people through art how much I love and care about them. What better way to show someone I love them than with food, right?! Charcuterie is an art, and I love that there are always new things to learn and new ways to do it! You can never do charcuterie wrong, and that’s what I love most about it!

I honed my skills by watching hours and hours of videos on YouTube and, of course, plenty of Google searches on how-tos. I have to give a huge shout-out to my sisters for being my biggest supporters and supporting me through every order, challenge, and hiring me for events for their businesses. That is where I learned the most! Especially time management! Each step of the way, I learned the importance of quality ingredients, creative presentation, and the joy of bringing people together through food.
